This page explains what we collect when you contact Narsai Agency, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are

Narsai Agency (Narsai) is a small agency based in Chandigarh and Shimla, registered under Udyam (MSME). You can reach us at narsaiagency@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 78149 24615.

What we collect

• WhatsApp, email and Instagram: whatever you choose to send us in a message.
• Our live receptionist bot: the messages you type to it and the details you give it to book a demo.
• Basic visit data: our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare and show your free demo, and, if you become a client, to do the work you asked for. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else handles it

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries any WhatsApp messages, under its own privacy policy.
• Google (Gmail) holds our email.
• Netlify hosts this website.

Cookies and analytics: we use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies, to count visits and clicks on this site; no personal details are collected through it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client details are kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to narsaiagency@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will do it within 30 days.
